FWPD seeking help finding missing man

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) is asking for the public’s help in finding a 70-year-old missing man.
FWPD says Richard Kirk is described as being 5′8″, 160 pounds, is balding with gray hair, has blue eyes, wears glasses, and possibly has a beard now.
Kirk has been missing since Feb. 21 and was last seen in the downtown area. They say he has no cell phone, no ID, and no vehicle.
Police ask that anyone with information on Kirk please call the Fort Wayne Police Department at 260-427-1201.
