Charitable Donations, it is the time to give so if you're doing charitable donations making Donor Advice Funds are basically a way to front load your charitable donations. Very important if you're not able to itemize, but you're trying to give some things away do it a strategic way." - Heather Foster

In the past razors, I remember they were about $5 back in the day, now they're about $10. Clippers, I use to able to get liners for about 70 to 80 bucks, now I'm paying anywhere from 120 to 150 on clippers." - D. Hughes

Falls are the leading cause of injury and death in people over age 65. An injury or fall can be debilitating to an individual and costly. Through these screens, we can identify whether a person is at risk of injuries or falling, and we can help make recommendations to minimize or prevent dangerous falls. These screenings can determine whether physical therapy will help with strength and stability. Research shows that PT helps injury prevention and decreases falls. Emergency room visits and hospitalizations are lowest for patients who have had physical therapy sessions to know how to manage fall risks. Because the trade off to those fixed interest rates, because interest rates have gotten so high, maybe you want to reduce some risk." - Heather Foster

It may be the spookiest time of year, but sending your little ones out to trick-or-treat doesn’t have to be scary. Using the smart device you and your child carry everywhere, can actually be a valuable tool this season. It’s easier than ever to keep up with our ghouls and goblins by using features you can find on these devices. First, let’s talk tips. If you’re sending your child out on their own, with friends or other family members, these are tips everyone will want to know. (1)Make sure everyone’s phones are fully charged. (2) Pre-program contact information of parents, neighbors and emergency services into your child's speed dial, and be sure they know how to access these numbers with ease. (3) Make sure your little ones know that their phones also have a powerful flashlight. (4) If your witches and zombies are heading out on their own, pre-program a trick-or-treat route for them.5. If you’re going with them, don't walk while looking down at your phone!

So this would be money in a 401K or a traditional IRA, and what happens is when you hit 73 years old or older the government says 'Hey, you need to start pulling money out of this account and paying taxes on it." - Caleb Doane
