Weekend Meteorologist
Brian Barrett is a New Jersey native who has always been interested in the weather. His spark for meteorology occurred after witnessing a tornado touch down a few miles from his house on July 25, 2016. After this moment, Brian knew that he wanted to pursue a career as a meteorologist.
He joins us from Fargo, North Dakota, where he worked as a weekend meteorologist/MMJ at KVRR Local News. He has over a year of experience covering events like tornado outbreaks and blizzards.
In his spare time, you will likely see him hiking on trails, exploring different dining options, or playing basketball.
