Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne releases 2025 report

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne is sharing its latest research.

During a conference on Thursday, the organization released its ’2025 Allen County Women & Girls Report’.

The report provides a five-year update to the study that established the fund in August 2020.

Key findings in the report were divided into three categories: personal safety, economic security, and young women and girls.

The report says the state’s sexual harassment, rape, and domestic violence policies need improvement, local workplaces could better meet the needs of women, and that communication is key for young women and girls’ well-being.
