Steuben County Sheriff’s Office issues training PSA

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is giving the public a heads up on an upcoming joint training at the Steuben County 4-H Park.

Department officials say the training exercise, which will involve several area law enforcement agencies, fire departments, EMS providers, and Steuben County Emergency Management, will take place on Tuesday, July 15, at 5:30 p.m.

Officials are warning that residents may see emergency vehicles and first responders in the area during the exercise.

The training is expected to last about two hours, the office notes.
