Dugan hat trick propels Komets past Americans in overtime 4-3

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Jack Dugan scored three goals in the Komets’ 4-3 overtime win over the visiting Allen Americans.
Fort Wayne fell behind 2-0 after the first period before goals by Dugan and Anthony Petruzzelli tied the game. Dugan then took the lead with his second goal of the day before the Americans scored their third and sent the game into overtime.
Dugan slammed the door shut less than an a minute into OT with his third goal to complete the hat trick.
The Komets will be back in action on Friday, Dec. 20, when they host the Indy Fuel at 7:35 p.m.
