FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The World Baseball Academy held another year of its Wiffle Ball Spooktacular fundraiser.

The event brought out 22 teams to compete in the tournament and help raise funds for the program. This year, the Spooktacular raised over $50K. Those funds go directly to the WBA’s On Deck initiative which helps to support at-risk youth in the community.

Teams competed for three different awards, the top fundraiser, the best dressed and the overall tournament champion.

21Alive’s Zach Groth and Meg Roessler also got in on the action and played for team Dead Air.
