Annual Holiday Studio Sale with Studios of Joseph Pelka & Fred and Rhonda Inman
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - This is a special, annual event that only happens one time a year. Shoppers will be able to meet the artists and see where their art is made.
