CHICAGO (WPTA) - The new-look Purdue Fort Wayne men’s team began its season with an 82-74 victory at DePaul.

Quinton Morton-Robertson led the way for the Mastodons with 24 points in the opener. He shot a perfect 4-of-4 from three point range, and 4-of-4 from the free throw line

Transfers Jalen Jackson and Rasheed Bello both started for the Mastodons in their debut with the team. Bello put up 15 points, while Jackson added 13 with eight rebounds.

Purdue Fort Wayne returns home to host Andrews at Memorial Coliseum on Thursday night.
