Indiana Tech women beat Huntington in overtime, Nelson and Kelham debut for Foresters

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A new college basketball season has tipped off in Northeast Indiana.

Indiana Tech started its year with an 80-74 overtime win at Huntington, in the newly renovated Platt Arena.

Genevieve Decker had 21 point and 11 rebounds for Indiana Tech. Juliana Burris also put in 21 for the Warriors.

Concordia grad Annaka Nelson and Garrett grad Bailey Kelham made their college debuts in the game.

Nelson finished her night with 16 points, shooting 5-of-6 from three-point range. Kelham had 12 points and seven rebounds.
