FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Purdue Fort Wayne women’s volleyball team started league play with a loss, falling to visiting Oakland 3-0 (25-23, 25-15, 25-21).

LonDynn Betts had a career-high 31 digs in the match. Panna Ratkai led the Mastodons with 11 kills.
