First Alert Forecast: Mostly dry week ahead. Warmer air returns

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - A few clouds will linger around Monday evening before mostly clear conditions build in overnight. Temperatures by Tuesday morning will drop down into the mid-to-upper 40s.

Tuesday morning could bring some patchy fog to the area, but as temperatures warm up, the fog will dissipate. A mix of sun and clouds throughout the day with more cloud cover later in the day. an isolated rain shower is possible on Tuesday afternoon into the evening. This spotty shower chance lasts until about lunch time on Wednesday. However, the rain shouldn’t amount to much.

Temperatures on Tuesday will be in the mid 70s in the afternoon, climbing into the low 80s by Wednesday.

Dry weather will be the main headline mid-week until the weekend as afternoon high temperatures hang out in the low 80s, about 5-10 degrees above normal for this time of year. The first day of fall on Saturday will feel more like summer, but fall like conditions will return.
