Allen County Soil & Water Conservation District talks Town & Country Tour
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Town & Country Tours provide an opportunity for urban and other non-ag residents, as well local officials, to gain a better understanding of today’s modern agriculture and to provide farmers and ag retailer representatives insight into the “non-farmer” perspective of water quality.
Town & Country Charter Bus Tour Stops Include a stop at an Amish Farm for Coffee & Pastries! Roemke Farms (large scale farm) Rose Ave. Farm (small farm), Save Maumee Grassroots Organization, (nonprofit), ADM (grain processing facility) and Camp Scott (wetland/nature preserve). Bus departs 8:30 a.m. from Meijer, 10301 IN-37 Hwy, Fort Wayne, IN 46835.
