Steuben County Farmers Market: Honey & More

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Throughout the Steuben County Farmers Market season, additional fresh produce such as green beans, corn, potatoes, zucchini and pumpkins will be added to the selection available. The open air market, open Saturdays May-October from 8 a.m. to noon, is located at 317 S. Wayne St., Angola, IN. A second market opens Wednesdays July-October at 206 N. Wayne St. from 8 a.m. to noon.

Besides fresh produce, you’ll find locally-sourced honey, homemade jams and apple butter, goat milk soap and lotions, as well as homemade breads and cupcakes. Several varieties of plants are sold and mums are added in the early fall. About 30 local vendors set up at each Saturday market. There’s also an assortment of homemade craft items and wreaths for sale.
