Sunny & dry stretch this week
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A warm and sunny week is ahead with no rain chances in the forecast until next week.
A dominant area of high pressure holds control over the Midwest until next week, keeping us in a very quiet weather pattern. The first half of the workweek will be the warmest, with afternoon temperatures breaking the 80-degree mark.
Temperatures cool off a bit by the end of the workweek before warming back up for Memorial Day weekend. If you’re headed to IMS for the Indy 500 this week, this forecast is waving the green flag!
With the dry and sunny conditions this week, make sure to pay extra attention to any plants so they don’t dry up!
