Hudson picked for U21 Pan American Cup Roster

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Bishop Dwenger graduate Eva Hudson has just earned another impressive honor in her volleyball career.

Hudson got selected by USA Volleyball for a spot on the intial roster for the upcoming Women’s U21 NORCECA Pan American Cup roster.

A group of 18 players will head to training from May 14-21, hoping to earn one of 12 roster sports for the competition. The Pan American Cup begins on May 23 on Sonora, Mexico.

Hudson’s coming off a wildly successful freshman year with the Boilermakers, leading the conference in kills and points.

She’s the first freshman in Purdue history to earn All-American honors. Hudson was also named the Big Ten Freshman of the Year and an All-Big Ten First Team selection.
