Woodlan to hold ‘March for Mental Health’ Friday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Students and families at Woodlan Jr./Sr. High School in Woodburn are planning to ‘March for Mental Health’ this Friday.
They say they hope to facilitate a more open dialogue surrounding mental health in students. One Woodlan mother, Darlene Miller, says she thinks mental health hasn’t been talked about enough.
Registration for the event is set to start at 5:30 p.m. at Woodlan Jr./Sr. High School, with the march to follow at 6:30. There will be speakers at 7:30 p.m. and a performance by the Woodlan Winter Winds to wrap up the evening.
