DeKalb’s Overbay and Wiley both sign with Saint Francis football

WATERLOO, Ind. (WPTA) - The Saint Francis football program officially added a couple more local players to its recruiting class on Tuesday.

DeKalb seniors Derek Overbay and Donnie Wiley both signed with USF.
