Sectional championship Saturday features titles across northeast Indiana

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Sectional championship Saturday across northeast Indiana featured Cinderella story Garrett who pulled off the upset, 50-49, victory over Woodlan.
The Railroaders Bailey Kelham spurred the victory with a game-high 22 points, while becoming the program’s new all-time leader in points.
Homestead captured a fifth straight sectional title, 59-44, at Huntington North.
Norwell protects its house, 55-54, against Northwestern.
Snider toppled Carroll behind the combined efforts of Johnea Donahue’s 23 points and Jordyn Poole’s 21 points.
Bishop Luers beat Adams Central, 68-33, at the Bluffton Sectional championship game.
