FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Spotty flurries early Friday morning will lead to a light coating on snow. Watch out for any slick spots as you head out the door.

Unfortunately, the abundant sunshine we’ve had the past few days is coming to an end. We’ll deal with partly to mostly cloudy skies to end the workweek. Colder air settles in for this morning, with periods of single digit to near-zero wind chills expected to kick off Friday morning.

We’ll warm up throughout the weekend, but winds will ramp up as well. We’ll have wind gusts up to 35 mph at times. We’ll return to the 40s by Sunday with even milder temperatures in store for next workweek.

Today: Isolated AM Flurry, Breezy AM, Mostly Cloudy; High 18; Wind NW ~ 10

Tonight: Mostly Cloudy; Low 10; Wind Bec S 5-10
