Another cold blast Friday
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - While average temperatures between today and midweek next week show a sharp warming trend, another supply of cold air will move in Friday. It will likely stay at or below 20 degrees under partly cloudy skies and could feel like 0-10 degrees with the wind chill factored in.
Friday night will be very cold with the low around 10 and a wind chill near zero. This cold air won’t last, however, as a major push or warmer air spills into the area starting Saturday and continues into next week. We are expecting temperatures to soar well into the 40s and possibly as high as 50 degrees by the middle of next week.
