Beasley to help run team for new ‘The Soccer Tournament’

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Fort Wayne soccer legend DaMarcus Beasley has taken on another big project this year.
Beasley will serve as co-general manager for a team in the new ‘The Soccer Tournament.’
‘TST’ will feature 32 teams all competing for a $1,000,000 prize, similar in format to ‘TBT’ (The Basketball Tournament).
Beasley’s former USMNT teammate Jimmy Conrad will help Beasley run ‘Conrad & Beasley United’ for the event.
Fort Wayne native Matt Mitchell will serve as an assistant manager. Mitchell has also served as the GM for Eberlein Drive in ‘TBT.’
The first ‘TST’ will start on June 1st in Cary, North Carolina.
