FIRST ALERT: Several inches of snow expected Wednesday
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Today remains quiet and fairly uneventful weather-wise before tomorrow’s snowstorm.
A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for Wednesday from 4 am until 8 pm.

Snow begins to approach late tonight into tomorrow morning, becoming more widespread by the morning commute. Snow will keep up throughout the day, with 4-7″ expected areawide. Winds will gust up to 25-30 mph, causing some blowing and drifting mainly in open areas. Commutes on Wednesday will be heavily impacted. Snow winds down going into Wednesday night.

Some lingering snow showers will carry into the end of the workweek as the winter circulation keeps up.
