FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) says they have made an arrest from a Sunday morning shooting that left one man dead.
18-year-old Kyree Warren of Fort Wayne was arrested in the police station lobby on Wednesday. Police officials say Warren is currently being held on a murder charge.
Officials say this arrest follows a shooting on the morning of Nov. 27 on the 1000 block of Rockhill St. Police say that Warren is accused of shooting Montreale Turner after a domestic dispute at the home. Turner was later pronounced dead from his injuries.
FWPD officials say that they are still investigating the murder along with the prosecutor’s and coroner’s offices.
