Mild, mostly cloudy Monday
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Following a rainy Sunday, the new work week looks to start dry and mostly cloudy this Monday. Slightly colder air had moved in following Sunday’s showers, keeping morning low temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s. Skies are mostly cloudy early, and while there will be some minor clearing through the day, we will mainly see a mix of sun and clouds as highs reach only the mid 40s by late afternoon. Overnight lows will dip to the mid 30s as skies remain mostly cloudy into early Tuesday.
Tuesday will bring a bit more sunshine and milder weather. Warm air will shift in tomorrow afternoon, helping highs reach the mid to even upper 50s in some southern counties. Mild conditions will not last long as a cold front is set to sweep through late Tuesday, bringing a chance for showers late followed by more rain and colder air Wednesday.
