Leo falls to Evansville Memorial 4-0 in girls soccer state championship

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - This year’s Leo girls soccer team advanced to its first state championship in school history, but the Lions couldn’t end their season with one last win.
Leo fell to the defending state champion Evansville Memorial Tigers 4-0 on Friday night in Indianapolis.
Tigers senior Ella Hamner turned in a hat-trick to help Evansville Memorial earn another state title.
