Warm, dry weekend ahead
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The above average temperature trend will continue into the weekend and the dry conditions will stay around that long as well.
Normally for this time of year, the high temperature is in the upper 70s. For Friday, we’ll see highs in the low 80s.
No concern for any rain during Friday night football across the area!
For your weekend, we’ll see some clouds both Saturday and Sunday, but expect mostly sunny sky both of those days. We’ll max out in the mid 80s both days and the humidity will grow slightly through the weekend. So, expect a more humid day on Sunday.
Late Sunday night/early Monday morning, our next weather maker will start to move in. The exact timing of it’s arrival is still coming into scope, but right now it looks like rain and storms are possible for your Monday morning commute and will linger into the early afternoon. Temperatures will be in the low 80s.
After that blip on Monday, we’ll return back to sunny ways through mid week as afternoon high temperatures hang out in the mid-to-upper 80s.
