A Mother’s Recovery: How SCAN helped a Fort Wayne mother

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Each summer, organizers with “Stop Child Abuse and Neglect” - also known as S.C.A.N. - host their annual duck races to raise money to help pay for the services they provide.

Those services helped a Fort Wayne mother in particular.
