Silver Alert issued for Warsaw woman

WARSAW, Ind. (WPTA) - The Warsaw Police Department is searching for a 50-year-old woman last seen Monday afternoon.

Police say Rachael Deboard was last seen around 1 p.m. July 25 wearing a white/green tie dye shirt, grey sweatpants and black slides. She’s described as being 5′7″, 190 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

She’s believed to be in extreme danger and may need medical help.
