COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. (WPTA) - Padres prospect Max Ferguson had a successful debut with the TinCaps on Tuesday night, and Fort Wayne posted an 8-3 win at West Michigan.

Ferguson, the Padres no. 15 prospect in the MLB.com rankings, went 2-for-5 with a walk and a run scored in the victory. He also picked up his first stolen base with Fort Wayne, and his 52nd overall on the year.

Jarryd Dale hits his third homer of the season, a solo shot in the second inning.

Fort Wayne pitcher Gabe Morales (W, 2-0) picked up the win in relief, tossing four scoreless innings.
