Man dies in crash near Monroeville

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - A man is dead after a crash on State Line Road early Monday morning.

The Allen County Sheriff’s Department says officers were called to State Line Road north of Carrier Road just after 5:30 a.m., Monday. Officers found a pickup had rolled over, ejecting the driver.

Investigators believe the man was driving north on State Line Road when the truck left the west side of the road, causing the truck to roll over twice. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The identity of the driver will be released by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
