Bicyclist suffers critical injuries from crash

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - One person has life-threatening injuries after their bicycle was hit by a truck.
Fort Wayne Police say it happened at the intersection of Illinois Rd. and Timberlake Trail just after 9:30 Sunday night. Investigators believe the truck driver was crossing the intersection when it hit the man on the bicycle.
Officials say the bicyclist is in the hospital with critical injuries, and the truck driver stayed on scene to cooperate.
This is a developing story. Police are still investigating.
