Football Player of the Year: Eastside’s Laban Davis

BUTLER, Ind. (WPTA) - The ABC21 Football Player of the Year is Eastside senior quarterback Laban Davis.
Davis threw for 1,709 yards, 21 touchdowns, and just four interceptions during his senior season. He ran for 2,195 yards and 32 more touchdowns.
Davis led the Blazers to a 13-1 season, capped off with a regional championship victory over Eastbrook, before falling to Andrean in the semi-state round.
