FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A Fort Wayne man faces four felony counts -- including one of murder -- following his arrest in connection with a multiple shooting at a strip club in April 2017.

The charges were filed in Allen County this week against James E. Starks. Starks was already serving a four-year term in prison for an unrelated battery conviction and gun offense, records show. He will now answer to a count of murder; criminal recklessness involving the shooting of a firearm; possession of a handgun without a license; and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

The shooting killed a 22-year-old man -- Marcus Rogan -- who was at the club, which was located in the 9400 block of Lima Road. Fort Wayne police at the time released fuzzy surveillance camera images of the man they believed to be responsible.
